The payment made is for the utilization of confidential secretarial services related to the immigration process. The company will provide comprehensive assistance to the client, including guidance on processing times, financial commitments, and the necessary procedures for submitting the petition.
Our company will designate a specialized Documentation Experts Team to oversee and support you throughout the entire visa application process.
Please note that the payment made is non-refundable. Once an invoice has been generated, all refund decisions will be governed by the terms and conditions specified in the agreement between the client and the company.
If the client has used an online card service for payment, the client hereby agrees not to initiate a withdrawal or chargeback without prior notification to the Company.
For clients who have made payments through Credit Card or Net Banking, the client undertakes voluntary commitment not to dispute the payment or instruct the designated bank for charge back, insisting the bank to withhold or cancel the payment made to the Company by the client. The client further undertakes and acknowledges to inform his banker that the payment made to the Company is genuine, and the transaction is an exception for his request to cancel or charge back the payment in his favor, including cases of misuse and card loss whether by the client or a third party. The clinet agrees to cooperate with the Company in this aspect in case the Company wishes to defend or represent the matter in their favor before any bank or authority.
The client also understands and accepts that no refund or transfer of the company fee to a friend or a relative will be granted if they choose to abandon their application or withdraw from the process for any reason after signing up.
Furthermore, the client acknowledges and accepts that no refund or adjustment of the company fee will be made if they decide to abandon the original service or process they initially agreed to and opt for a different service or process with the company or opts for immigration to a different country with the company.
Any dispute that may arise will be subject to the terms & conditions outlined in the agreement between the client and the company.
